We are a close-knit and multicultural family, made up of me, a proud Italian, my wife, a sweet and enterprising Romanian, and our two adorable little girls. 1. **Check-In and Check-Out times:** - Check-In: 24/7 starting from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival - Check-Out: by 11.00 am - If you need a time different, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. **Maximum Number of Guests:** - The maximum number of guests allowed is established based on the type of apartment. Exceeding this limit is not allowed.

3. **Ban on Parties and Events:** - Parties, events or celebrations of any kind are not permitted to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood.

4. **Smoking:** - Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of waste properly.

5. **Pets:** - Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise indicated. Contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding this.

6. **Cleanliness and Order:** - Please keep the apartment in good condition during your stay. At the end of your stay, we ask you to leave the apartment tidy.
